  • Must Arrive By Date (MABD): Guarantees shipment arrives by a specified delivery date
  • No Sooner, No Later (NSNL): Guarantees shipment is not delivered before or after an agreed delivery date
  • Required Delivery Date (RDD): Guarantees shipment arrives at its destination on a specific delivery date

  • Pickups are prioritized to occur by 5:00 p.m. on the requested date, with later pickups available upon request
  • Shipments have highly visible Time Critical Guaranteed labels on all sides for maximum visibility

  • Terminals receive three daily status updates on shipments and prioritize any action required to ensure all Time Critical guarantees are met
